You can, but we recommend that you use the labels we provide. This is for two reasons (1) our shipping labels are provided free of charge and (2) using your own label can slow down order processing and lead to delays.

If the shipping label we supplied to you is blank (meaning it doesn't have a tracking number or it is missing an address field), please contact us via email or submit a ticket through our Portal and a representative will get back to you with the correct label.
