(1)  First, check the tracking information. You can see your book’s current status by:

  • Logging into My Account and clicking the “Track This Item” button next to your book, or
  • Entering your order number in the “Track My Order” box on Bookbyte.com.

(2) Does the tracking information indicate the textbook has already been delivered? 

If the information from USPS indicates that the book has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, you should contact the delivery company for further information. They may be holding the package at a local facility.

(3) If you are still unable to locate your textbook, please let us know via email or submit a ticket through our Portal so we can assist you further.
